Summary: The rooms are very nice. Upon check-in, the front desk worker told us that if we need extra towels or linens, that we had to bring the dirty ones down. One of the 2 elevators was broke for the entire stay. Which meant that the hotel staff along with the guests were using the only operational elevator. When it was time to checkout, we waited for 3 elevators, probably about 15 minutes, until we could actually get on with our cart. The staff was taking garbage and dirty linen carts down. If I am part of that staff, I am getting off the elevator and letting my paying customers use it.
