This stunning two-bedroom, two-bath second floor condo offers southern exposure and a beautiful water and fountain view. Located at Willow Brook in Parker Lakes - one of the premiere communities in Fort Myers with an abundance of amenities including but not limited to, community swimming pool, fitness center, parks, tennis, pickleball, basketball, beautiful landscaping, and much more. Centrally located for easy access to the Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches, dining, shopping, entertainment and more.
The condo boasts over 1200 square feet, the perfect winter home for a group of 4 to spend time in the sunshine. The newly remodeled kitchen is complete with granite counters, upgraded cabinets and appliances. The kitchen includes all the necessities you need to whip up your favorite meal or mix a batch of delicious cocktails.
The open living space has comfortable seating to watch the flat screen TV. Sliders open to the lanai with quaint seating where you can sip coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening as you overlook the peaceful pond and sprinkling fountain.
In the Master bedroom, there is a king-size bed with direct access to the lanai, a 42" flat screen TV with DVR, and an en-suite bath that offers granite countertops, a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. The guest room is equipped with a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV and full bath.
This condo has cathedral ceilings that grants just that much space for you to spread out and relax. Convenient in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet and WiFi network TV. Linens and towels will be available for your stay.
There is a length of stay requirement for this community of no less than 1-month. Association application and background checks ($100) will be required. No pets and NO Smoking!

Summary: Great property in Ft Myers. Lovely spacious unit -very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Two lovely bedrooms each with bathroom. Great nearby restaurants. Great place for walking Nice pool n work out area. Lots of birds -no we alligators that I saw. We loved the lanai and evening breezes.
