Gather your friends and family and book an unforgettable holiday in a brand new house with room for all. This house has got it all going on:
- 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 3 living areas (including a self-contained unit)
- 10-meter outdoor heated pool and hot tub
- Pool table and dart board
- Underfloor heating in all bathrooms
- 3 off-road carparks, use of surfboards and bikes
- 7 minutes walk to beach and village
The space: The house was built in 2022 and so the space is fresh and modern. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Downstairs is a separate contained unit if some people prefer their own space (this IS part of the overall rental too).
Guest access: Guest will have access to the entire house.
NB: As this is a personal house - parts of the house will be locked, and wardrobes will be partially clear for storage of luggage/clothes etc
Other things to note
NB: We have two friendly CATS that will remain at the house while it is rented. They require minimal care, but we will request the renters feed them cat biscuits morning and evening.
The house is not available year round BUT if you have a special occasion, we are flexible to make the house available for you, with minimum night stay required.

Summary: This house was perfect for our big family. There is tons of space and lots of things to keep the teenagers entertained. It was great to be able to have a relaxing swim/spa after spending the day at the beach. The pool table, dartboard and numerous board games were great for our evenings. The house has everything you need for the perfect summer holiday!!
