Powder Peaks is an ideal getaway to explore spectacular Mt. Myoko. Our house can accommodate up to 12 guests, and it is just a short 5 minutes drive to the ski lifts as well as all restaurants in Akakura Onsen.
In traditional style, with a touch from the Western World, this house has been renovated through 2019.
We revamped the bedrooms and added proper spring beds and mattresses. We also fully renovated the kitchen, dining area and added a new bathroom.
You will find that there is plenty of space in the house for all of your mountain getaway needs. Each of the 4 bedrooms is a roomy 4 to 8 tatami mat space. We provide quality bedding and professionally cleaned linens. The kitchen comes equipped with the basics, and you can feel free to cook and dine in as you like. There is also a dining area and a lounge, or living area. You will also find ample space for storage and for all your ski and snowboard gear. Our house is just minutes away from the slopes and from the town. This is a simple and convenient way to enjoy Myoko!
