Summary: This unit was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed with the exception of the TV. In order to use it we had to sign into our amazon account and then when we did, we got a notification saying the TV would store our amazon info. We opted not to do that for obvious reasons, but then we just had no TV. My husband wasn't too happy. We didn't wander around too much in the area as we had other plans around other parts of Denver, but when we did walk around it was a little run down. Lots of homeless people and somewhat sketchy and dirty. Everything is definitely in walking distance, including the grocery store, so thats a huge plus. But since we didn't know the area (we're from out of state) we just booked based on price and reviews. I probably wouldnt stay here again because of the area, but overall it's a nice place and very affordable. Host also does not make you do any of the ridiculous cleaning regimens like others do. You just leave, and they clean- as it should be.
