Positive: Good location, clean, spacious.
Negative: For cooking, a slight upgrade on available utensils would be nice. For example, a frying pan with a handle so that it would be possible to pick it up while/immediately after using it would be welcome, and a sharp knife for cutting vegetables etc. Maybe there was one, but I didn't find it.
