Cute bunkroom sleeps four with regular size twin mattresses on the bunks. An additional guest bedroom with King bed competes the accommodations on the ground floor.
There will be lots of action on the second floor where you will find a chef's eat-in granite and stainless kitchen with adjacent open living space with a large smart TV. Spill out onto the balcony overlooking the private back yard, which backs up to a serene nature conservation area. Gaze down on the sprawling brick paved patio—ideal for hosting evening gatherings. Here on level 2 also are TWO master bedrooms both with king beds, of course, and private bathrooms.
On the third floor you will find a loft with games and the steps leading up the rooftop look-out. Sun-bathing and kit flying allowed! Rental includes access to 4 beach cruiser bikes and the option to rent the 6-seater Gem Car. Golf carts are street legal here and all the rage along 30A.
