Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. DETAIL: The beauty lies within the details at 29 Calamint Court! This wonderful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the award-winning community of WaterColor, was professionally designed by a team frequently featured in Better Homes & Gardens, Coastal Living, and Southern Living Magazine. The home radiates charming, antique touches throughout. Natural finishes are showcased in nearly every room with reclaimed heart pine flooring from an 1820s schoolhouse lining the first floor, while heart pine wood beams from an old textile mill are on the ceilings.
When entering the home, the screened-in front porch opens up to a spacious great room and gourmet chef's kitchen. The kitchen features custom-built heart pine cabinets as well--complimenting the shiplap walls. In the dining area, up to 11 guests can sit together comfortably for a meal. There is a wet bar featuring exposed brick walls and a powder room down the hall to add convenience when entertaining for a dinner party. The first guest room is also on this floor with a queen bed, access to the back porch, and a private bathroom.
