Summary: This home sets up and is decorated great! I would not recommend it for kids under the age of 7 years old, especially boys! There is not area for them to get out and play without an adult next to them at all times, drop offs all around the home. Unfortunately there was a heat wave while we were there, the house only has air conditioning upstairs. The downstairs 3 bedrooms did have fans, but rooms were reading 78 degrees( per baby monitor) at 8pm. Missing a few kitchen items, pizza cutter and a serrated knife for farmer market breads would have been useful. Large skillet needs replacing, even using oils everything stuck to it. It was nice having a large selection of spices, plastic cups, qt bags, foil and plenty of kitchen garbage bags. Again, a great home for adults and older children. The kids did enjoy the hot tub and watching the Durango to Silverton train going by a couple of times a day.
