Positive: I arrived in a windy rainstorm in the dark, so it wasn’t as easy to find (obviously no fault to Seven!) but when Rachel opened the door, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. There was a tea tray brought to my room and I was left in peace on a very comfy bed and enjoyed a lovely hot shower. Breakfast was akin to a fine dining experience and I genuinely felt cared for. It was so lovely!
Negative: Everything was lovely - I wouldn’t change a thing.
