Positive: The location was perfect for Lankester Botanical Garden and was an oasis in the middle of the city. The property was very clean and well appointed. The night traffic was light and allowed a great rest.
Negative: Being on a busy street was noisy in the day time, but then you are there to visit the area not stay in th ehouse.
