Summary: First impressions of the house were great, And it’s a nice house with plenty of space and a good location. Sadly, a number of broken items (incl electrical outlets), dirty kitchen drawers, bin, rusty microwave let it down, as did the fact that the (not mentioned prior) contract we had to sign on arrival stipulated that AC (only available in bedrooms and this along with the contract should be made clear in the property’s listing) could effectively only be used for one hour a night, or additional charges would be somehow determined. This meant our sleep was never comfortable as we (incl 2 kids and a 3 month old) were hot at night.
