The resort style backyard features paver patios, a lighted gazebo, deluxe BBQ, picnic table with umbrella, water feature, rear trex decking and forever grass! Relax and enjoy the newly added hot tub / spa in the backyard! This property sits right next to a hiking / biking trail that connects with Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) with over 50 miles of connected trails to explore. The trail also leads to Ponderosa Trails Park right down the street which has a large grass play area, playground and shaded hills that are a popular sledding location in the winter months!

In additional to the full master bathroom, there is also another full bathroom located upstairs for guests to use along with an additional powder room downstairs.

• Dining: Seating for 12+ across two dining tables and additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.
• Kitchen: the kitchen is well-equipped with service for 14 (including utensils, plates and glasses), a microwave oven, drip style coffee maker, bean grinder, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, toaster, pots & pans
