Private new bathroom and kitchenette inclusive of a TV, fridge/freezer, convection oven, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Includes a working wood heater, as well as a split system.

There are a total of three private secure studios on the premises. Shared laundry space with both front load washers and a dryer. Ample free street parking.

Guests to bring their own linen, pillow, towels, soap/shampoo.
The space
The property is a beautiful home that has been renovated to accommodate people looking for low maintenance living. Generally people working in and around Seymour temporarily move in and stay until they relocate back home. The house is well maintained with frequent cleaning of common areas and gardening. All utilities are covered in the fees. All furniture is provided, however, unlike other air bnb’s our guests bring their own linen including towels as they tend to stay for extended periods.
