Positive: A truly beautiful and peaceful escape that allowed me to fully disconnect. The private beach bungalow felt like a personal sanctuary, with only the sound of waves and birds. I often slept in the hammock because it was so relaxing, though the bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, with hot water available right away. The overall atmosphere is quiet, natural and grounding. The property manager stays in a nearby bungalow and is exceptional. He was kind, attentive and genuinely accommodating, always making sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Communication works best via WhatsApp, and arriving by mototaxi is how you get there. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for deep rest, healing, and quiet time with the beach almost entirely to yourself on Playa El Amor.
Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like. Just know the property is directly on the beach, so it’s all sand (sandals or bare feet work best) and breakfast is not included, though there is a shared kitchen and a restaurant nearby.
