Positive: Location was the best part. The beach was lovely. Plenty of room for the family. The lady who showed us the house was very helpful for any issues we had. Everything we needed to live was there.
Negative: The original house we rented was across from a building site, horrible noise and lack of privacy. We asked to be moved to another house facing the beach. We were charged extra for this even though it was empty and was even the same size. The below is based on the 2nd house. Clean but showing it's age. The curtains have never been washed. No double glazing for the bedroom opposite from the road, the traffic noise, even at night was terrible and will wake you if you are a lite sleeper. Not one single wardrobe or draws to keep clothes, the entire family was living out of suitcases.
Summary: Slightly disappointed.
