Positive: Very livable! Well appointed kitchen, great cabinet space, attractive and very functional. Well maintained and landscaped. Very relaxing in the woods, deer would come right up to the screened porch in the morning We were unfortunately, in a very bad car accident that prevented us from leaving on our designated time frame. Extending our time was seamless because of the efficient and compassionate staff. When I called for an ambulance for my husband, a sea colony employee in a truck marked sea colony emergency services arrived before the ambulance! He was so kind, asked the right questions, and made sure we were okay, and then directed the ambulance directly to us once they arrived. I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness. This happened Saturday going into Sunday about 12:45 am. Once I explained situation someone from admin checked in via text every day. You can not beat the service we received
Negative: It was perfect for us just wish the living room dining room lights were a little brighter Not a big deal
