Positive: The location is excellent. It is only a one minute walk to the water. It is a few kilometers from the busy ferry port, which is what we wanted. The owner is extremely friendly. The rooms were spotless. The AC worked well. We found the price to be very reasonable. I expect we will visit the island again and would not stay anywhere else.
Summary: We enjoyed a friend's wedding on the beach.
