Positive: Location spectacular! Private, quiet, everything to hope for in cottage on the water.

Negative: Property updated enough, but still a bit in the rough. For example, accessibility of tub not great. Husband had to use shower in studio.

Summary: Great retreat for unwinding and absorbing the local experience.
