Summary: Was not expecting living area outside including kitchen. Sitting area was a park bench and cafe table. Kitchen was clean and outside of bedroom and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Sitting area a bit run down, not manicured gardens. Convenient to catch ferry to Sicily
