Positive: We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Bodrum. The location, the sea, the food and the overall atmosphere were all excellent, but what made this holiday really special was the people. A huge thank you to our guest agents Sultan, Ismet and Ruslan. From the very first day they made us feel welcome and cared for. Every request, big or small, was handled quickly, warmly and with a genuine smile, often before we even had to ask. They remembered our preferences, gave great recommendations, and always found time to check that everything was perfect. It's rare to meet such attentive, kind and professional people, and they truly went above and beyond.
Summary: Rixos is lucky to have staff like Sultan, Ismet and Ruslan. They are the reason we will definitely come back. Highly rec
