Summary: This hotel is not pet friendly. Pet heath certificate is required and microchip was scanned, which never happened in my 20 year dog travel history. It took us one hour to check in since the front desk has no idea of USDA health certificate. Dog is not allowed in lobby area where no food is served or patio by the restaurant. For anyone travling with your beloved pet, choose other real pet freindly hotels.
