Summary: The lock didn't work on our door. Requested a room with a working lock. Person working came and checked to make sure the lock really didn't work. Deadbolt like lock still didn't work for him, but the flap to keep the door open did. Was told that would be fine to keep the door locked. Asked again for a room with a functioning lock. Was given key to a new room. The new room had dirty towels on the bathroom, and the bed did not appear to have been touched. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We requested our money back and went to another hotel. Had previously stayed when owned by flag point, quality inn was lacking in quality.
