Summary: Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for the price we paid. We arrived on time for check-in, but the room was not ready. We were told we would be notified when it was ready, but no message was ever sent. I had to return to reception hours later to find out that the room was already available. We also asked for a slightly later check-out because our flight was a few hours later, but this was not allowed. I had been understanding about the delayed check-in, so I expected some flexibility in return. The lobby was small, dark and overcrowded, with long waits for both check-in and the elevators. The room was also quite small. Apart from the balcony and the view, I found the hotel disappointing considering its price. The handling of our pre-check-in room/bed change request was very good, which I appreciated, but overall the value for money was poor.
