A charming over-sized garden window looks out onto the large courtyard with a gas Bar-B-Que and beautifully furnished with love seat chairs and coffee table.
Vaulted living room w/ triple skylights is beautifully appointed w/new furnishings. 60' flat screen TV (cable), sliders to huge terracotta entertainment patio offering all new glider loveseats and swivel chairs.
Large primary bedroom w/new (01/25) custom closet, Cal king bed, new furniture and slider to patio.
Over-sized primary spa-like bath remodeled 01/25 with expanded glass shower, all new fixtures and custom closet offering ample storage and organization.
The second large bedroom is separate from the rest with new paint, new bedding, large closet with built-ins, flat screen TV, and slider to the courtyard.

Summary: The property was very nicely decorated with plenty of supplied necessities. It has two very nice patios and is very close to a pool. The bathrooms are remodeled with a fantastic shower in the primary. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room has a vey comfortable sofa. Fabulous location with everything nearby and very nice landscaping and wonderful palm trees. We enjoyed our month long stay.
