The Space:
This home is warm and welcoming. As you enter you'll find the living, dining and kitchen off to the left. This area offers many spaces to sit and relax, whether you are the type to spread out on a couch or sit on a bar stall chatting with the people in the kitchen.

The laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer for the convenience of drying on those cold wet days! There is also a bonus mud room at the back door with a cosy little cane chair which captures the morning sun beautifully.

The bedrooms and bathroom are all located to the left of the front door, a nice distance away from the living room. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, delightful linen and heating and cooling options. The master also has a TV.

A small bathroom is separate to the toilet, which is convenient. You will need to step up into the shower as it is above the bath.

There is ample parking with both a garage and a driveway available to guests and a lovely outdoor which is fully fenced and private.
