A generous upstairs kitchen/living/dining space with vaulted cathedral ceiling takes in sweeping sea views on one side, garden views on the other and is bathed in natural light.
Upstairs is a master with semi-ensuite, access to the balcony and an ocean outlook. A generous second bedroom and open and light filled study with tri bunk. (study not fully enclosed)
A downstairs living space features a wet bar with access to the patio. Also downstairs is a bedroom and master bathroom.
Stay warm or cool with split-system air-conditioning.
Walk across the road to the playground, lookout and foreshore reserve.
Large spa is heated to 26deg and is ideal for cooling down in Summer.
Pets considered - please ensure all gates are secured.
