Modern kitchen, 2 ovens, huge entertaining area opening out to yard, pool, all at the waters edge. Balconys off all bedrooms. North facing. 2 Car parking spaces. 5 mins to Newport or Avalon shops and beaches. Public wharf 4 houses along.

Watch the tide move in Salt Pan Cove, look across to Scotland Island and the moored yachts through to the National Park.
PLEASE NOTE – This property is not suitable for school leavers/Hens/Bucks parties/Events/Weddings/Birthday parties - this is a family property with permanent residents as neighbours and noise must be kept to a minimum. Large groups of adults are ONLY accepted on the basis that they respect our neighbours and abide by our terms, conditions and House Rules. A copy of your photo id will be requested on confirmation.
