Positive: We loved the relaxed feel of the place and that nothing was too much trouble. So many luxurious touches everywhere from the toiletries in the bathrooms to the most comfortable beds!! Being served cocktails on the veranda by the pool was the best welcome we could have had and the gardens are really impressive. The location is perfect being so close to the Main Street while still feeling secluded with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was an easy stroll to find a restaurant for dinner and such a delight to have breakfast prepared in the morning at whatever time suited us before wandering into town to explore the shops.
Negative: We could not fault this property - they have thought of absolutely everything!!
Summary: We cannot wait to return! Franschoek has a magical quality and the staff at the Pink Door have an infectious enthusiasm
