Positive: Fantastic location. Very nice, unexpected welcome goodies. Lovely cozy cottage with everything you need. Bath & shower, towels provided, even beach towels (we didn't need them but great idea). Netflix etc on big TV. Lovely & warm. We were surprised at how quiet it was at night given the location being so close to Wetherspoons (bonus!🤣) Proper home from home. We stay in Teignmouth/Shaldon often & this was a great find.
Negative: Very precise arrival time. When travelling many hours it would be nice to have even an hours flexibility on check in.
Summary: Lovely cottage in great location
