Positive: Great location, quick drive to Downtown, Sea World, Ocean Beach, and if you are bringing your furry family member, Fiesta Island, where your pup can run free on the beach. Clean house, has all the conveniences you need for making meals. Grocery store within walking distance. Recycling bin available, which is.nice for those of us trying to be kind to our home.
Negative: Yes I did srill give it a 10 even though there were a few things that could have been better. The price was definitely worth the below inconveniences. Backyard was dead grass with weeds that left burrs and debris in the pups tail that needed to be brushed out regularly. No washer and dryer, though there is a public laundry mat just around the corner. Directly under the flight path for SAN so between 0630 and 2300 it can be quite noisy. No AC, which means windows open if it is warm out
