Superb 2-bedroom holiday home set opposite the waterfront of North Arm Cove. Available is the upper level of the home featuring a large deck with extensive water views of Port Stephens.

Many hours of fun can be spent here swimming, boating, paddling canoes or whatever makes you happy.

The lounge and dining room leads through to a casual sitting area and then out to the wonderful timber deck, which has comfortable outdoor furnishings, a BBQ and amazing panoramic views of North Arm Cove.

The main bedroom opens out onto the huge deck, which is the perfect place to sit and relax in the morning sun whilst taking in the breath-taking view. Bedroom 2 has a duo bunk bed and one single.

Ducted Aircon throughout inclusive of bedrooms for your comfort.

Important Points

-Downstairs area of the home is not available for guest use - upstairs area only.

-Access via the rear of the home.

-You must BYO fire wood and kindling.

-Property is supplied with rainwater and septic tanks only.

-Nearest shops is 15minutes away from the property (not walking distance).
