Positive: The rooms are spacious and clean, with a balcony and a bathroom equipped with a quality shower.
Negative: The hotel disappoints due to the poor quality of service from the reception staff, who are poorly trained and unable to provide customer support when needed. On two occasions, I had to contact the reception staff to receive missing towels (which took over an hour) and to connect the TV to the Wi-Fi, which was not resolved. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Even so, we decided to pay for it, but the quality was simply awful, with no options for fruit, bread, or quality coffee.
