Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is tucked in among the towering pines on 1.5 acres. With 2300 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, & 3 full baths make this home perfect for individuals or multiple families alike. Whether you want to retreat and relax peacefully or entertain together in the common areas, this home is perfect for both. Additional perks include a large deck with outdoor grill, Jacuzzi suite off the master bedroom, a theater room, a large gourmet kitchen, & a spacious living room.
Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. Just off the master bedroom is a beautiful nook with a roll-top desk, wireless printer, and sliding glass door to a large deck with beautiful scenery. The attached bathroom includes an en suite jetted spa bathtub along with separate shower including dual shower heads and dual vanities.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed along with a twin over a full size bunk-bed. There is a television with streaming services for individual entertainment and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3 offers a young girls' dream. It features a life-size doll house bed with a twin-size bed in the loft area and a full-size bed underneath. Summary: This a very spacious and equipped property. It is in a very quiet location. There is very good access to both the Durango and Pagosa areas. The porch and outdoor grill are a plus.
