Nature lovers and bird enthusiasts will have a front row seat, indoors or out, all four seasons, for watching migratory birds as well as year round waterfowl.
Guests are provided with ample amenities to ensure their comfort and convenience. A well stocked, open concept, full kitchen will make meals prepped at home easy and enjoyable. The spacious , bright living room with comfortable seating has flat screen HDTV, blu ray DVD, internet with wifi, nautical and seaside decor. The sunroom has a loveseat, desk, table and chairs overlooking the ocean. There are two bedrooms, one king, one queen. Full bathroom has a tiled walk in shower, stackable washer and dryer, hair dryer, and essentials. Bed linens and towels are provided. The oversized ocean side deck has a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. Grill is on ground level. Current maximum occupancy is for 2 people. Central heating is provided for cool days and nights, and whole house central air conditioning for those hot summer days in Maine.
SealView is a 5-10 minute walk to beaches: Moody, Crescent, and 5-10 minute drive to Wells Beach and Footbridge Beach. Also a short drive away are Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, and Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm.
