Positive: Our stay was fantastic! Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Owners were extremely thoughtful. It was our anniversary, which we did not disclose in our booking. However, they were able to place a card and bottle of prosecco in our mini fridge while we grabbed our luggage out of the car.
Negative: The house is on a main road that has a lot of traffic. There was a lot of bumper to bumper traffic on the weekend. However the rooms at the back of the house are far enough away to muffle the noise from the road.
Summary: The Elmere House is a wonderful place to stay for a honeymoon or anniversary.
