Positive: I had been on the road all day and needed a place to stay. There was wifi, a bed, and a shower.
Negative: Location is not nice, hookers and street urchins about. None on the property but out front and nearby. Noisy area, room was in the back and heard traffic most of the night. The place is getting some work. Management tried to come into my room while l was there to give an extra roll of toilet paper, seemed weird like he was trying to see if I was doing something I shouldn't be. With management as noisy as they are, the place is safe.
Summary: If you are not expecting much, then you will be fine
