Positive: I’ve stayed at this property several times. Check in is efficient. The rooms are ready with a/c or heat already on. Each time there is an improvement in service. This time the tv was Roku rather than some strange brand that is difficult to use.
Negative: Everything was fine. And the hotel is next door to an excellent full service Italian restaurant. Be sure to reserve “ozark inn and suites.” There is another that’s just “ozark inn.” Never stay at that one.
Summary: Great well kept secret and a good stop off I 40 going east or west.
