Positive: Front desk staff are so extremely friendly and address any concern you have with follow up. I haven’t received a call from an establishment to see how everything was with the room, approximately 30 min after checking in, ever in any stay in Canada at any hotel. What a nice touch because we actually had a few questions and they were attentive and resolved our silly little tv problem within 10 minutes. Outstanding and we will be back again. Thank you
