Positive: Comfortable sofa. Well decorated and furnished. Onsite parking.

Negative: Quite noisy plumbing. Could not get dvd player to work, despite loads of DVDs in the apartment. Can hear noise/ footsteps etc from upstairs apartment.

Summary: Very pleasant stay.
