Positive: Great location. High quality bed. Very silent. Responsive host.

Negative: When we opened the air conditioner, a very bad smell came to the room. Heaters didn't work until we called the host two times. For a few hours the apartment was really cold until they opened the heaters. Also, this is not an apartment but a "big room" inside a shared apartment. They put each room in the bathroom and shower (shower is literally next to your bed), the walls are thin, so you hear when your roommates walk around. The corridor seen in the pictures is not part of your apartment, it's a shared area. For this price I don't recommend it.
