The house has a private dock on the river. As you step down to the river, the area is covered in river-rock creating a private river-pool. With two covered patio decks you will have plenty of space in the shade to enjoy the Colorado River panoramic views. The downstairs covered patio is over 1,500 s.f. overseeing the river. The patio has plenty of seating, including outdoor dinning table, chairs, an outdoor sectional couch and a BBQ grill.
House has two-separate entries, one for the main home on street level (3 Bedrooms/ 2 Baths) and one for the lower-level (1 bedroom/1 Bath). Lots of driveway parking with RV hook-ups.
