Positive: Loved, loved, loved this hotel which was only opened last year. So unassuming from the outside, once you enter you are transformed into an Art Deco environment of luxury. Extremely large and comfortable rooms giving you a feeling of luxury. The breakfast food was delicious with new daily surprised and the service was impeccable. I have to make mention of the wonderful Reception Team and the lovely young lady who was very accommodating in assisting us efficiently with an issue with an App rail booking. She took all the details and had it sorted in no time allowing us to redeem our tickets and continue with journey. Thank you so much. The bar is beautiful, the cocktails delightful and I will remember our stay forever... it was so unique and such a comfortable haven and escape from the busyness and the heat. Thank You Team OKU. Your are amazing!
