2nd Level: Recroom with pool table, TV, deck access, and kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, and sink. The theater room seats 8 with plush leather recliners on stadium risers so everyone can see the large projection screen TV. Laundry room with washer and dryer and a half bathroom convenient for a quick trip from the pool or beach. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access, and private bathroom and a Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks (Twin Over Full), TV, and private bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
