Positive: The history of the building was fantastic. It’s represented throughout and they’ve kept it pretty historic.

Negative: I’ll give it to Kenzie across the board except for when I got there I had to wait for 20 minutes or somebody to show up at the desk. And then I felt like an interruption not a customer… if it would’ve waited a couple more minutes I would’ve just left, but there was nobody manning the front desk and there is nobody to call. I walked around the whole property. You just didn’t see anyone.

Summary: Excellent vibe throughout and besides a hiccup when I got there, it was a great stay
