Welcome to your home away from home! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is tucked away in a peaceful location, yet still only a few minutes walk from the famous sandy beaches of Perth.
You'll love the stunning sunsets over the Indian ocean from the second story balcony and the breathtaking ocean views from all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom ensuite has been fully renovated and is sure to impress.
The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm, while the open plan living and large dining space make it easy to entertain.
For your leisure, the barefoot escape includes:

Take a wander with a 350ms and you're on the beach. The house is conveniently located with only a 2 min walk to 96 Express Cafe - Perfect to grab your cold pressed juice, perfectly brewed coffee or a smoothie bowl (my favourite).
Located with an extra few minutes you have an array of local cafe's, bars and restaurants which include: North Beach Deli, Tom's Italian, Trigg Pizza, Fish & Chip Shop and the highly recommended Little Bay (bookings required for brunch).
Trigg beach is home to the SummerXSalt markets every second Saturday until March 2022.
