Positive: We arrived the hotel daytime, and this time they provided us welcome drink with cold wet towel! Also during our stay we had a little problem; a driver for a 1-day trip (different company from the hotel) didn't pick us up. And the front staff quickly arranged a toktok for us to meet the driver. It was soooo helpful.
