This adorable ranch has everything you could possibly want while on vacation! The newly renovated, 2-bedroom, 2 bath house is just a 5 minute walk to the private Fenwood Beach. The spacious living area welcomes you with an open floor plan that unites a comfy seating area with a double reclining sofa for TV viewing (with USB ports), a dry bar complete with mini-fridge, "stadium seating" for snacking while enjoying the game, as well as, a dining room table that seats eight comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen features all of the expected appliances, plus a Keurig Coffee/Latte/Cappuccino machine and a Cuisinart mini-oven that broils, bakes, toasts, convection bakes, and air-fries. There are granite countertops and plentiful cabinet storage including a pantry. The kitchen is supplied with dishware, cookware, and even some hostess pieces. Everything is ready for your use. The house also has Wi-Fi for those of you who want to stay connected.
Down the hall you will find the guest bath with newly tiled walk-in shower and next to it, the Coral guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and ample storage for your clothing.
Across the hall is the main bedroom with a queen bed, two closets, TV, DVD player, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower with a glass barn door. This luxurious shower features a shower head that can raised or lowered, a rain shower head, and three back jets! This shower is a vacation in itself!
Outside, you can relax on the covered patio (with party lights at night) or dine al fresco. There is plenty of room for games in the yard, too. The family grill master will be in his glory as he cooks dinner on the gas grill.
BREAKING NEWS! The new recreation room is completed! This room includes a sofa/bed, large screen TV, several games and children's books, a foosball/air hockey table, and a slot machine for entertainment! More space for more fun!
While here, don’t forget to explore the Old Saybrook area! There are multiple places to eat, a quaint downtown area, a train station, shopping, ice cream, and mini-golf. Speaking of golf, bring your clubs as the Fenwick Golf Course is open to the public year-round (weather permitting) and is just down the street from the house.

Summary: Our stay at the newly renovated house in old saybrook was very pleasant! The house was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2 adult couples. The host, Elizabeth, was very pleasant to communicate with, she checked in, by texting, a couple of times to see if everything was to our liking, and if we needed anything I have nothing bad to say about our stay!
