The space
This is truly one of the best villas in Lembongan.
All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms in modern design, a/c, wardrobes, reading areas inside as well as a little private lounge terrace/balcony outside of the room. Large sliding glass doors enable a breathtaking view on the garden, pool and ocean when you wake up. The perfect space to sleep, relax and have some privacy.
The large common area on the ground floor is offering everything your group could wish for during your holiday. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine and oven.
A separate bar with high chairs and wine chiller is situated next to the wooden pool table for fun games and get-togethers with the whole group.
The large dining table offers a stunning view over the pool area, garden and ocean. The perfect place to come together for a good meal or board games. The spacious lounge area is a comfortable haven to relax and enjoy the view.
The outdoor area hosts the magnificent pool with a beach area to relax, enjoy the Bali sun and incredible ocean view in the private pool or on the sun chairs. The garden offers plenty of chill out areas like the beautiful lounge area on the cliff, overlooking the ocean and offering the perfect spot for sunset. An outdoor pétanque field gives you the opportunity to play this popular french game with your friends and family or you can just relax and enjoy the view.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 10:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 10:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.
- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.
- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.
