Guests can relax in a comfortable living area, cook in a fully-appointed kitchen, or freshen up in the modern bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. There is a dedicated workspace for a variety of travel needs. A washer and dryer is available for use with detergent provided. Skylights in the kitchen/living space ensure abundant lighting and great ambiance. This gorgeous apartment with Craftsman-era charm and the host's eye for detail ensures a pleasant stay!
This is a newly constructed 1 bedroom apartment above our detached garage. You will have your own separate keyless entrance and dedicated parking space. From the parking pad there are 2 steps up to the entrance and an interior flight of stairs with a railing.
There is a 42" Samsung Smart TV on full-motion TV mount, with Netflix available for viewing. Other streaming apps are available to use via the Roku platform, with your own user account.
A Keurig, French Press, and Pour Over coffee brewers are available with assorted K-cups, a reusable K-cup for grounds, Starbucks coffee beans, and coffee filters. French vanilla creamer is available in the refrigerator. A spice/coffee grinder is available as well as filtered water from the refrigerator.
Adult hybrid bicycles and helmets are available upon request for those wanting to explore the city or nearby trails!
Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are provided.
A sound machine is located in the bedroom nightstand.
Please note: The apartment is accessed via an interior private staircase with sturdy handrail. This space is not suitable for young children due to an open staircase.
